How to book?

Book online

  1. Search through our listings, browse the different apartments;
  2. Check their availability based on your arrival and departure dates;
  3. Complete a reservation form if you are ready to book online by clicking "Contact us" or "Request information" on the unit sheet. If you book online, a reservation deposit is required (based on the monthly rental displayed);
  4. RAGQ will confirm availability and rates. Why is confirmation required?

Your reservation

The reservation of your unit is made with the following payments:

-A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 30% of the amount of the rent for the first month. Your payment can be made with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex). Note that all other payment methods are also accepted: cash, Interac transfer, debit card, check in Canadian money issued by a Canadian bank. This deposit is not refundable;
-A non-refundable service/management fee of CAD $50;

*In order to prepare your rental agreement, here is what is required: the names of all occupants, the dates of the rental, an email address, a civic address and a telephone number.

We recommend that you purchase travel/cancellation insurance from a provider of your choice.

When you arrive

-You must come to our offices during opening hours, the day of entry into the apartment. We will identify you, sign the contract and hand over the keys;
-The balance of the first month's rent will be payable (70%). If your payment is made with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex), a finance charge of 4% will be added. Note that all other payment methods are also accepted free of charge: cash, Interac transfer, debit card or check in Canadian money issued by a Canadian bank.
-A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required upon arrival. Half of the amount, depending on the agreement with your agent, will be payable with a credit card (4% finance charge applicable), in cash or by debit card. The other half will be paid by imprinting a credit card which will not be charged. If the security deposit is paid by check, it must be from a Canadian bank and cover the total amount of the security deposit. This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay if the premises have been left in their initial state.
