This unit offers one of a kind experience. It is with very unique features including: 12 feet high ceilings, a monumental door, 10 large windows, a vault (converted to a walk-in closet). Private parking included and free parking available in the street.

Located in the heart of the vibrant Old Limoilou district and a steps away from all amenities, including restaurants, cafés, delicatessens, shops, etc. The bus (#28) around the corner brings you straight in the centre of Old Quebec (approximately 10 minutes). Other bus lines (#800 and #801) are about 5 minutes away and provide you with access to all the key areas of the city.

There are beautiful trails in Victoria Park and paths on the banks of the Saint-Charles River so you can peacefully walk in the heart of the city.

Minimum one month rental. You can rent more if you need. Rates vary based on factors such as the timing and duration of your stay, the number of guests and the rental market (supply and demand).

RAGQ holds a travel agency licence from l'Office de la Protection du Consommateur du Québec – a government agency – to protect 100% of your rental deposit.

You must return the access devices at the end of the rental period. You are responsible for the access devices and fees will apply if you lose, break, damage or do not return the keys/fobs/access devices when you check-out.
